Verification And Timing

We may verify identity, account access, and authority before deletion. Only an authorized workspace owner may request deletion of an entire business workspace. Approved requests are normally completed within 30 days; we will notify the requester if law or technical recovery safeguards require more time.

What Gets Deleted

A user-account request removes the account, access credentials, sessions, and personal data Crimini is permitted to delete. It does not automatically delete a restaurant's records that the business controls or must lawfully retain.

An approved full-workspace request removes the business workspace and associated users, schedules, lists, recipes, documents, onboarding records, reports, device assignments, and other tenant data where deletion is legally and operationally allowed.

What May Be Retained

Limited billing, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, audit, tax, employment, or legal records may be retained when required or permitted. Retained data is restricted to the applicable purpose and deleted or de-identified when that purpose ends. Backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle completes.

Subscriptions Are Separate

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring billing separately through Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions.
